  • Process end-to-end Irish payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with Irish revenue and employment legislation.
  • Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring employee data is current and correct.
  • Calculate and process statutory payments such as PAYE, PRSI, USC, BIK, pension contributions, and other deductions.
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure accurate and timely reflection of new hires, leavers, and employee changes.
  • Respond to payroll-related queries from employees, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Stay up to date with changes to payroll legislation and advise the business on any impacts
Skills :
  • Previous experience processing payrolls for the Republic of Ireland is essential
  • Strong knowledge of Irish payroll legislation and compliance requirements
  • IPASS qualification is highly desirable and will be considered an advantage
  • Ability to manage end-to-end payroll processes accurately and efficiently
  • Comfortable working independently or as part of a small payroll team
