Payroll AdministratorHybrid/Various Locations - Northamptonshire area£25,000 - £35,000 p/a  JGA are delighted to be working with a successful professional services organisation looking to add a Payroll Administrator to its team.  Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, processing both monthly and weekly payrolls.
  • Handle new starter and leaver processes seamlessly.
  • Accurately calculate and record SAP, SSP, and SMP entitlements.
  • Process HMRC forms, including P45s and P60s.
  • Stay updated with the latest payroll legislation.
  • Support the administration of auto-enrolment pension schemes.
  • Address client queries, escalating complex issues when needed.
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Previous experience in client payroll within a bureau or accountancy setting.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processes.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Proficient in accounting software, with Sage50 payroll experience being a bonus.
