Hourly Rate:42.00 - 45.00 per hour

Role Overview:
Trident Healthcare are seeking a dedicated and experienced Oncology Pharmacist to join our clients team on an ongoing locum contract. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care to our oncology patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert pharmaceutical care to oncology patients.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Manage and dispense oncology medications.
- Conduct medication reviews and provide patient counseling.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Must have IQEMO competency.
- Proven experience as an Oncology Pharmacist.
- Strong knowledge of oncology medications and treatments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
