Pay:45.00 per hour
Hours:Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Job Description:
Trident Healthcare are seeking a dedicated and experienced Oncology Pharmacist to join our clients team at a prestigious private hospital in Northampton. This role is initially for a minimum of 3 months, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and hospital needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized pharmaceutical care to oncology patients.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor and manage chemotherapy regimens, ensuring safe and effective medication use.
- Educate patients and their families on medication management and potential side effects.
- Conduct medication reviews and adjustments as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Requirements:
- Must have IQEMO competency.
- Proven experience in oncology pharmacy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
