Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic GPhC Registered Pharmacist looking to make a meaningful impact?

We invite you to join a leading community pharmacy group as a Pharmacist Manager in their Northampton (NN4) branch. With a monthly dispensing load of approximately 5500 items, this full-time, permanent role offers stable hours from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.

Essential Requirements for the Pharmacist Manager

  • You will be a registered GPhC Pharmacist - newly qualified pharmacists welcome to apply!
  • Preferably possess MUR accreditation and ProScript experience.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to build good relationships with both customers and staff.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, able to inspire and motivate a team.

Role Responsibilities for the Pharmacist Manager

  • Drive the achievement of key performance targets and uphold exemplary standards of service delivery.
  • Build and develop collaborative partnerships with Primary Care Organisations (PCOs) and GP surgeries.
  • Ensure accuracy in NHS payment claims and strive for operational excellence in pharmacy sales and services, adhering to legal, ethical, and organisational guidelines.
  • Undertake regular audits to maintain optimal staff performance, service quality, and compliance standard.
