As an Occupational Therapist, you will:

Collaborate with the OT Lead to develop and implement client-centred, evidence-based occupational therapy services
Oversee therapeutic group programs and individual recovery-focused interventions
Ensure compliance with the Mental Health Act (1983) and its 2007 amendments
Supervise junior staff and engage in personal and professional development
Maintain accurate records and contribute to MDT meetings
Foster relationships that promote client involvement and uphold equality and diversity values

The ideal Occupational Therapist will have:

A degree in Occupational Therapy and registration with the HCPC
Experience in mental health settings
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Commitment to personal and professional development
Understanding of the Mental Health Act (1983) and its 2007 amendments
