Our client, a leading mental health service provider in Northamptonshire, is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join their team. Amodern 99-bed specialist mental health facility. Our client is one of the largest mental health service providers in Northamptonshire, with locations across the West Midlands and East Sussex. With over 25 years of experience, they have been providing compassionate and personal care through their portfolio of 7 Homes and 3 Hospitals.

As an Occupational Therapist, you will:

  • Collaborate with the OT Lead to develop and implement client-centred, evidence-based occupational therapy services
  • Oversee therapeutic group programs and individual recovery-focused interventions
  • Ensure compliance with the Mental Health Act (1983) and its 2007 amendments
  • Supervise junior staff and engage in personal and professional development
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to MDT meetings
  • Foster relationships that promote client involvement and uphold equality and diversity values
