Your new role
A maintenance plumber is required to start work on the 27th January, on a temporary basis. You would need to be confident in carrying out reactive and planned building maintenance throughout the site. Having domestic and commercial experience is desirable.
Duration: Until March 2025, with the potential of a one-month extension
Hours: Full-time: Monday to Friday-37 hours per week
Your day-to-day duties

Carry out planned and responsive maintenance tasks.

Efficiently fix plumbing related breakages and leaks when relevant across the site.

Liaising with the appropriate teams to ensure minimal disruption is caused to building users.

To complete relevant weekly/monthly Statutory Compliance checks including but not limited to Fire Alarm Testing, Emergency Light Testing, Fire door inspections and Water Temperature Testing.
What you'll need to succeed

Ideally, you are a plumber by trade or are confidentially able to repair/ maintain leaks and other bathroom related issues.

Qualification in plumbing to NVQ level 2 (Equivalent) OR relevant time served experience, with references.

Smartphone/tablet literate is desirable
