Pay: £150 - £250 per day 

We are currently working with a primary school based around Northampton, supporting them recruit a full time primary teacher to cover a maternity cover role. The school are open to candidates who can start either now or from January 2025. 

Key Responsibilities:• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the national curriculum.• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to support student development.• Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.Requirements:• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.• Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies.• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.• Ability to inspire and motivate students.• Commitment to continuous professional development and collaboration.
