We are seeking qualified teaching assistants who are enthusiastic about supporting learning and development on a supply basis in the Northampton area. You should have experience in assisting classroom teaching, providing individual or group support, and fostering a positive learning environment. You will work in various classroom settings and seamlessly integrate into new teams for supply work assignments in Northampton and the surrounding areas.

Role Requirements:
-Previous experience working with children as a teaching assistant
-Relevant Level 2 or above qualifications in education, childcare, or special education
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
-Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children with diverse learning needs.
-Ability to adapt to the individual needs and learning styles of students.
-A commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
