The Role:
As a Year 4 Teacher at their school, you will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing lessons that meet the needs of all pupils, ensuring they reach their full potential. You will create an engaging and challenging curriculum, fostering a love of learning, and providing a safe and nurturing classroom environment. You will have the opportunity to work alongside a committed and experienced team, sharing best practices and contributing to the overall development of the school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all children can thrive.
• Assess and monitor pupils' progress, providing regular feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and student outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and staff.
• Participate in school activities and contribute to the school community.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience of teaching in primary schools, ideally in Key Stage 2.
• A passion for education and a commitment to helping children achieve their best.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to inspire and motivate pupils to develop a love of learning.
• A good understanding of the National Curriculum for Year 4.
