Are you a Process, Manufacturing, or Production Engineer looking for a long-term career within a 50 million turnover manufacturer, offering a range of day to day duties and challenges, where you can implement change and continuous improvement strategies within the business?

On offer is an exciting new role working in a tight-knit team supporting production and improving processes within manufacturing.

This role will be split between office based and on the factory floor, including scheduling and leading PFMEA, developing KPIs, and increasing efficiencies by developing new production lines, with a strong focus on streamlining ready for the new production facility. This leads on to exciting new challenges around the corner, where you can really make your mark within the business.

This design and manufacturing company produce components for the automotive, construction, agriculture, and materials handling sectors, distributing globally. Founded over 50 years ago they boast a turnover of more than 50 million and have plans to open a new site in the next 2 years.

This role would suit a Process, Manufacturing, or Production Engineer looking to further their career in a stable manufacturer, where they can voice their ideas for change and make an impact.

The Role:

• Strategising process improvement within manufacturing
• Implementing change by improving processes and efficiencies
• Scheduling and leading PFMEA, developing and implementing KPIs
• Split between 50% office based and 50% on the shop floor
• Monday to Thursday, 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm, finish at 11am on Friday

The Person:

• Process, Manufacturing, or Production Engineer or similar
• Lean Manufacturing / process improvement experience
