Frazer Jones is delighted to work with a Northamptonshire based organisation in sourcing a newly created Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Specialist. This role has real opportunity to shape and develop the compensation and benefits offering across the business, starting initially with the review of current pay and bonus structure, and bringing payroll inhouse.

Priorities include;

  • The harmonisation of T's & C's through acquisition
  • Developing and implementing a cohesive pay structure
  • Review and creation of a comprehensive benefits offering
  • Working closely with the People Director on total reward offering and projects
  • Bringing the external payroll inhouse and processing
  • The procurement and acquisition of relevant technology/software


This role requires someone with a strong commercial acumen, and the ability to demonstrate the impact reward & benefits has on the bottom line. You will partner Senior leaders across the business, therefore you must have strong stakeholder management/influencing skills.

Previous experience in a fast paced blue-collar environment such as logistics, distribution, transport, manufacturing or engineering would be advantageous. This role is a site-based position, therefore you need to be Northamptonshire based or within daily commutable distance. Please get in touch for more information.
