#BelongWithUs Come and join us as a creative and results driven CRM Executive and be part of a hugely successful and friendly Marketing team.The Role: We're looking for a customer focused CRM Executive, responsible for the execution of CRM activities and our new customer loyalty programmes to increase our active customer base while aligning to support the overall company strategy and business goals. Our CRM Executive will use data-driven marketing techniques to enhance the B2B and B2C perception of the company to drive long term customer loyalty and brand awareness, this CRM Executive will help to drive the business forward and differentiate us from our competitors.This is primarily a hybrid-based role with visits to our office at least once a week.  You should be based in the UK and within commutable distance to our Head Office in Crick, NorthamptonshireKey Responsibilities Execute CRM and loyalty activity and channels to support customer recruitment, retention and reengagement, demonstrating a commercial approach to campaign planning, execution & delivery while increasing optimisation, acquisition & retention rates.Contribute to and execute the CRM strategy and annual planning to support the business. Champion the commercial benefits of CRM and the loyalty programme and demonstrate return on investment (ROI) of all initiatives, successes and best practices.Be the key day-to-day contact with our Loyalty Programme supplier and act as the link between their team and key stakeholders within the City Plumbing business. Work cross functionally to ensure all aspects of campaigns are planned, briefed, trained and rolled out to branches as well as owned on & offline channels.Oversee & manage the delivery & fulfilment of campaign functionality, rewards & communications to prospective and active customers across Email, Telephone, DM, In-store POS and supporting ATL channels and colleagues where appropriate.Help report on customer numbers in relation to database growth, marketing permissions, campaign reporting and budgetary / projected revenue in relation to the loyalty programme in addition to all CRM focused initiatives.You: You’ll live and breathe our customer-first ethos, with a creative and data-driven approach.
