Project Manager – M365 – 3-month contract – Northampton (Hybrid)

My Customer is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team and take ownership of key IT transformation initiatives, including a large-scale Microsoft Teams migration (Telephony), Windows 11 rollout, and various M365 projects.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead critical projects, ensuring successful delivery while working across multiple business functions.

The Project Manager is required to travel to site in Northampton 3 days a week.

Project Manager Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, particularly in M365 projects, Windows 11 rollouts, and enterprise-wide Microsoft Teams implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams, including its capabilities for enterprise telephony and collaboration.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale IT transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
  • Experience in engaging with stakeholders at all levels, managing expectations, and driving adoption.
  • Excellent risk management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential issues.
  • Strong documentation and reporting capabilities, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Project Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the planning, execution, and successful delivery of M365 and Windows 11 projects.
  • Oversee the Microsoft Teams migration, ensuring a seamless transition for all users.
  • Work closely with IT, operations, and external vendors to align project objectives and timelines.
  • Conduct stakeholder workshops, provide training, and ensure business readiness for technology adoption.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, challenges, and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Track project progress, manage budgets, and report on key milestones to senior leadership.
