MMP Consultancy is seeking a Senior Project Surveyor to join an Asset Investment team in Northamptonshire. This role will be key in delivering high-quality surveying services, managing building surveys, and overseeing asset and capital projects across the client's housing stock.

This is a permanent role to start as soon as possible with a salary of 51,571 per annum. Other benefits include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage property surveys (dilapidations, disrepair, mutual exchanges, etc.), producing detailed reports and recommendations.
  • Manage and monitor asset and regeneration projects, ensuring delivery to time, cost, and quality standards.
  • Oversee building defect diagnosis and work closely with contractors to resolve issues.
  • Provide cost estimates, detailed specifications, and prepare financial reports for ongoing projects.
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations, health and safety standards, and all statutory requirements.

Requirements:

  • HHSRS qualification, or relevant building/technical qualification.
  • Chartered status (RICS or CIOB) or working towards.
  • Strong technical knowledge of building regulations, planning requirements, and defect resolution.
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects and achieving targets.
  • Full driving licence and use of a car for work.
