This is an excellent chance to grow with a company committed to excellence and innovation.The Role:The Land Manager will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and securing land acquisitions to meet the company’s strategic objectives. They will foster strong relationships with landowners, agents, and other partners while ensuring developments align with budgetary and forecasted targets.
  • Managing the end-to-end process of land acquisition, from initial identification to contract negotiation and completion.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landowners, agents, housing associations, and institutional partners.
  • Leading forward-fund transactions, providing strategic leadership on key acquisitions.
  • Liaising effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and coordination throughout the process.
Candidate Profile:Junior Level:
  • Holds a degree in Planning and Development or has a background in planning agencies or estate agencies.
  • Eager to develop and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Senior Level:
  • A minimum of two years of experience in planning and development.
  • Demonstrates expertise in identifying opportunities and leading acquisitions.
  • The successful candidate will have at least two years’ experience of land acquisition, gained in a house building environment or equivalent experience with HA / BTR operator.
