You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, suppliers, and clients to ensure that cost projections align with project objectives and budgetary constraints.Key Responsibilities: Identify the needs of the customer by developing and nurturing strong relationships, ensuring that designs and project plans meet their requirements. Act as the main point of contact, putting the customer at the forefront of our decision making and ensuring that we continue to be the customer's choice. Provide an accurate and competitive estimation of costs to include materials, labour, equipment and overheads to complete the project, based on the customer’s needs and following assessment/research.Prepare and distribute quotes, providing a responsive same day service where required and talking the customer through any queries - ensuring that the customer is at the forefront of the service we are providing.Maintain accurate records of cost estimates, bids, contracts, and project-related documentation from suppliers. Provide timely reports and updates to project stakeholders regarding cost projections, budget variances, and project status against the timeline.Identify potential risks and uncertainties that may impact project costs, schedules, or quality. Develop strategies to mitigate risks and ensure project success.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and other areas of the business (e.g. Account managers) to provide our customers/clients with the accurate and timely service that they expect from our business.
