Job Description:Our client, a leading Building Services company in the East Midlands, is seeking a skilled and experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a company experiencing significant growth and success.Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage projects from inception through to completion.
- Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to monitor progress and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Manage accounts, subcontractor orders, and conduct financial reviews.
- Negotiate contracts and manage procurement processes.
- Perform risk, value management, and cost control.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in M&E Building Services.
- HNC in Building Services or higher qualifications.
Desirable:
- Proficiency in MS Office and Sage Construct.
