Job Description:Our client, a leading Building Services company in the East Midlands, is seeking a skilled and experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a company experiencing significant growth and success.Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage projects from inception through to completion.
  • Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports.
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to monitor progress and ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Manage accounts, subcontractor orders, and conduct financial reviews.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage procurement processes.
  • Perform risk, value management, and cost control.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Prepare and submit regular progress reports.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in M&E Building Services.
  • HNC in Building Services or higher qualifications.

Desirable:

  • Proficiency in MS Office and Sage Construct.
