Position: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Northampton
Salary: 60,000 - 70,000 (depending on experience)

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading property services company. This role will be focused on planned maintenance works for residential social housing, ensuring high-quality service delivery in line with project specifications and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the quantity surveying function for planned maintenance projects in residential social housing.
  • Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and financial forecasts for projects.
  • Oversee the procurement process, including managing contracts and negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Ensure the projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project success.

Key Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in quantity surveying within the construction/property services sector, specifically in residential social housing or similar projects.
  • Strong understanding of cost management, budgeting, and financial control.
  • Proven track record in managing planned maintenance works.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
  • Relevant qualifications in quantity surveying or a related field.
