Position : Self Employed Estate Agent
Locations : Throughout England & Wales
• You receive 100% of your commission.
• £240 inc VAT per month for Sales & Lettings.
• This includes full management of properties from enquiry management, to offer handling tool, AML & KYC on Vendors & Buyers and funding checks.
• Choose to either pay £25 inc VAT per week per property till sold / let or pay £250 in VAT.
• Market properties on all major property portals. Rightmove, Zoopla & OnTheMarket.
• No postcode restrictions
• Start up support - pay nothing to until you sign up your first property. Utilise their microsite, and access to Rightmove plus free of charge.
• When you first sign up they will give you £1,250 worth of marketing support for your first 5 properties.
• CRM - Don’t pay for an additional CRM, use theirs.
• Branded microsite • Create and design your own bespoke board using the board generator - your board in your brand colour with your details
*Create and design your own For Sale & Sold flyers all through the platform
• Partnerships with Signs Display a nationwide board company and E house part of Core Logic for Photos, Floorplans, EPC, Virtual Tours & Drones
• Prior to going live they will have a consultation with you to help you launch your socials and your marketing strategy to acquire new properties
