Estate Agent Sales Negotiator - Northampton - Salary Negotiable Dependent on Experience

This is a great opportunity to join this very long established Estate Agency and Lettings brand who have multiple branches within the area. They deal with residential and commercial Sales and Lettings, Auctions and rural properties. They are currently recruiting for an exciting new opportunity for an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator to join their residential sales team in Northampton.

The role will involve qualifying potential buyers, matching buyers to suitable properties, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers and liaising with solicitors and mortgage brokers, and helping sales to complete, along with delivering exceptional customer service and providing vital administrative support. We’re searching for an enthusiastic individual who is eager to learn and can excel in a high-energy sales environment.

Main Duties for the Estate Agent Sales Negotiator Role:

  • Applicant Management
  • Organising and carrying out viewings.
  • Maintain regular contact with Clients and applicants.
  • Achieve all daily and weekly targets.
  • Arrange, organise, and conduct all viewings.
  • Negotiate any offers received.
  • Have an in-depth understanding of the local marketplace.
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to identify new business opportunities and maximise them.
  • Selling other services including solicitors and financial services.

Your Skills:

  • Previous estate agency sales experience.
  • Excellent people skills and the ability to build rapport with potential buyers and clients.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • A proactive and self-motivated work ethic, with the ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of the local area.
  • Flexibility.
  • A professional and presentable appearance.
  • A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
