What You’ll Be Doing:
Working alongside a dedicated team of 12 managing a diverse portfolio of over 400 residential properties and 500 student rooms, you’ll be a key point of contact for tenants and landlords, ensuring that any issues are resolved swiftly and professionally.
You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring tenancies run smoothly and efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include conducting detailed inventories, carrying out property inspections, and coordinating maintenance to ensure all properties are kept in top condition.
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
To excel in this role, you’ll need prior experience in property management, a keen eye for detail, and outstanding organisational skills.
A full, clean UK driving licence is essential, as you’ll be regularly visiting properties across Northampton.
