Butler Rose is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a growing and highly regarded firm of accountants that is seeking an experienced Trusts and Estates Manager or Senior Manager to join their expanding team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a firm that values expertise, collaboration, and client care.

The RoleIn this key position, you will provide expert tax compliance and advisory services, specialising in trusts, estates, and inheritance tax matters. You will work closely with solicitors, financial advisors, and other professionals to deliver comprehensive solutions to a diverse client base. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Advising on inheritance tax planning, will structuring, and estate administration.
  • Managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Mentoring and developing junior team members.

About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Significant experience in trust and estate tax compliance and planning.
  • In-depth knowledge of inheritance tax, capital gains tax, and income tax.
  • Strong interpersonal and client relationship management skills.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • A STEP qualification or equivalent (preferred but not essential).
