Our highly successful client in Northampton is seeking an exceptional Receptionist to manage a bustling reception area and provide administrative support to a dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone eager to develop new skills and gain valuable experience to advance their career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a busy reception area, welcoming visitors with professionalism and warmth.
  • Handle a variety of incoming telephone calls with a friendly and efficient manner.

  • Organize appointments and schedules for management.
  • Provide general administrative support to the wider team as needed.
