Within this Senior Recruitment Consultant role, you will be responsible for;
- Focus heavily on business development in terms of contacting prospective clients with view to utilising our services
- Selling process by providing the right candidates to our clients at the right time
- Maintaining strong relationships in the market
- Working as a 360 Recruitment Consultant
- Build, develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities to expand the company client base.
- Source candidates from a variety of channels including searching job boards, social media, attending networking events, and candidate referrals to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
- Stay informed on industry news, competitor activities and salary benchmarks to offer valuable insights to clients and candidates.
Requirements for this Senior Recruitment Consultant HGV role;
- A proven track record in recruitment, preferably with a minimum of 2 years experience in a recruitment consultant position.
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Sales Experience
- In-depth understanding of recruitment practices, candidate sourcing strategies, and placing candidates
- Attention to detail and ability to analyse information
- Being able to work within a fast-paced working environment is essential. You will be juggling several roles at any one time, so organisation is key
