A highly successful business based in Northamptonshire are looking for an Internal Recruiter/Talent Acquisition professional to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody who loves recruitment, wants to be part of a growing business where you can quickly add value. This role would suit somebody who has worked either internally or with an agency recruiting permanent blue and white collar personnel. You will be working closely with internal teams and external organisations and will need a proactive approach to finding the best talent for each job opening.Your key responsibilities as Internal Recruiter/Talent Acquisition, reporting to the HR Manager, will include anticipating recruitment needs based on operational needs and proactively implementing the candidate attraction strategy using LinkedIn, job boards, careers fairs and other talent attraction tools to enhance employer branding and reach potential candidates.

You will be responsible for CV searching, job posting, conducting screenings, review candidate applications and create shortlists, create and post job advertisements and face to face interviewing where required. You will deliver on KPI’s to keep cost per hour and time per hour down and aim to keep agency spend at a minimum whilst offering the best candidate experience.You will need to have worked within a recruitment environment, have a proactive mindset, strong organisational skills and attention to detail and be able to hit the ground running and make a good impact on the processes and open vacancies.
