This is a full time, permanent opening - office based in Northampton.

The company are a highly successful business who is now looking for an Internal Recruiter to join their HR team. The role has become available due to internal promotion and would be suitable for somebody who is either operating internally currently or somebody from agency background who can demonstrate strong relationship building skills and somebody who can work with internal teams, educate internal teams and deliver on the recruitment plans.

Your key responsibilities as Internal Recruiter will include anticipating recruitment needs based on operational needs and pro-actively implementing the candidate attraction strategy using LinkedIn, job boards, careers fairs and other talent attraction tools to enhance employer branding and reach potential candidates.

You will be responsible for CV searching, job posting, conducting screenings, reviewing candidate applications and creating shortlists and face to face interviewing where required. You will deliver on KPI’s to keep cost per hire and time per hour down and offering the best candidate experience.You will need to have worked within a recruitment environment, have a proactive mindset, strong organisational skills and attention to detail and be able to hit the ground running and make a good impact on the open vacancies.
