Are you looking for an new Opportunity for 2025, look no further.

Due to growth we are currently recruiting for a Logistics or Industrial Recruitment Consultant to join our team in our Northampton office which is based in Moutlon park.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of growing existing clients aswell as new business sales.

Location: Moulton Park, Northampton

Salary: 24,000 - 30,000 (Depending on Experience) per annum plus bonuses

Shifts: Monday - Friday 8am - 16.00pm or 8.30am - 16.30pm

Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
  • Identifying new business opportunities and expanding the client base
  • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Screening and interviewing candidates for industrial roles
  • Providing a high level of customer service to clients and candidates

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in driving or Industrial recruitment
  • Strong account management skills with a proven track record of growing existing clients
  • Ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service

In return, we offer a competitive 24,000 - 30,000per annum depending on experience plus a fantastic commission structure.
