Duties will involve, but are not limited to:

  • Screening, interviewing and recruitment of team members to work for local clients and at events
  • Checking right to work in the UK and ensuring compliance is adhered to
  • Scheduling staff into work on our App
  • Processing timesheets to ensure staff are paid accurately and on time
  • Liaising with clients regarding events and staff requirements
  • New Business Sales Calls
  • Attending meetings with clients as and when required

The required skills for the position are;

  • Good level of written and spoken English
  • Confidence in Sales Calls
  • Ability to converse with applicants and clients
  • Good telephone manner
  • Full driving licence and access to own vehicle is preferred
