Duties will involve, but are not limited to:
- Screening, interviewing and recruitment of team members to work for local clients and at events
- Checking right to work in the UK and ensuring compliance is adhered to
- Scheduling staff into work on our App
- Processing timesheets to ensure staff are paid accurately and on time
- Liaising with clients regarding events and staff requirements
- New Business Sales Calls
- Attending meetings with clients as and when required
The required skills for the position are;
- Good level of written and spoken English
- Confidence in Sales Calls
- Ability to converse with applicants and clients
- Good telephone manner
- Full driving licence and access to own vehicle is preferred
