- The competitive salary ranges from £28,000 to £35,000 based on experience, with an OTE of over £45,000 including a strong commission package.
- The position offers 22 days of holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to 25 days, along with a pension and an extra paid day off for your birthday.
We are looking for a driven and ambitious Driving Recruitment Consultant to join our team and grow our business. You will be good at building both client and candidate relationships along with being sales and target driven. We pride ourselves on the service we give to our customers and candidates and want someone with the same values.
The role:
- Sales and lead generation
- Negotiate terms of business and rates in line with approved margin
- Candidate attraction, booking management
- Advertising, interviewing and screening candidates
- On call rota including some weekends
- Working hours 08:00-17:00 Monday to Friday
The ideal candidate would come from a recruitment background with experience in running a temps desk. Experience in driving is beneficial but not essential
