Our client is actively seeking a dedicated Recruitment Consultant to take over their established SEND desk in Northampton. This is a warm desk with existing relationships, but there is a strong expectation to develop and grow the business further.

The Role:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, understanding their staffing needs.
  • Develop business opportunities through client meetings and networking.
  • Source, screen, and place suitable candidates in SEND settings.
  • Conduct candidate registrations in line with company regulations.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from candidate placement to aftercare.
  • Achieve and exceed agreed KPI targets and financial goals.
  • Provide exceptional service to clients and candidates alike.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A background in education, with a strong understanding of SEND.
  • Previous recruitment experience is not essential but would be beneficial.
  • A proactive and driven mindset with a passion for developing business relationships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
