Our client is actively seeking a dedicated Recruitment Consultant to take over their established SEND desk in Northampton. This is a warm desk with existing relationships, but there is a strong expectation to develop and grow the business further.

The Role:

Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, understanding their staffing needs.
Develop business opportunities through client meetings and networking.
Source, screen, and place suitable candidates in SEND settings.
Conduct candidate registrations in line with company regulations.
Manage the full recruitment cycle from candidate placement to aftercare.
Achieve and exceed agreed KPI targets and financial goals.
Provide exceptional service to clients and candidates alike.

The Ideal Candidate:

A background in education, with a strong understanding of SEND.
Previous recruitment experience is not essential but would be beneficial.
A proactive and driven mindset with a passion for developing business relationships.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
