What does the Recruitment Consultant role entail?

  • Engage in proactive calling and lead generation activities to identify potential clients and bring in new business.

  • Conduct meetings with prospects to understand their needs, present our solutions, and negotiate favourable terms providing exceptional levels of service.

  • Building and nurturing relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of recruitment to our clients.

  • Managing every aspect of the process from advert writing to offer management.
