What does the Recruitment Consultant role entail?

Engage in proactive calling and lead generation activities to identify potential clients and bring in new business.

Conduct meetings with prospects to understand their needs, present our solutions, and negotiate favourable terms providing exceptional levels of service.

Building and nurturing relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of recruitment to our clients.

Managing every aspect of the process from advert writing to offer management.

Identifying and attracting talent that satisfies your clients’ requirements.

Sourcing ad developing excellent candidate relationships, maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
