- 27k base salary with a strong commission structure of 40% with no threshold

The Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients; Understand clients' hiring needs, business culture, and strategic goals.
- Candidate Sourcing & Engagement: Actively source, screen, and shortlist high-quality candidates using various channels (job boards, social media, networking); Conduct in-depth interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Recruitment Process Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from initial job briefing to offer stage; Coordinate and schedule interviews, provide feedback, and facilitate smooth communication between clients and candidates.
- Market Research & Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
