CSS Recruitment and Training are looking for a BMS & Metering Compliance Manager.
Preferably looking for someone who is Northampton based, with workload also in London.
Working on behald of a Tier 1 M&E Contractor on commercial projects. Applicant will need previous experience working for a large M&E Contractor.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage BMS and metering compliance for M&E projects.
- Ensure all systems comply with industry standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement compliance strategies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of BMS and metering systems.
- Provide technical support and training to project teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve compliance issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records.
- Report on compliance status and progress to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in BMS and metering compliance, particularly in M&E projects.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
