Passive Fire Compliance Manager Contractor

Reddbrick are recruiting for a regional contractor with proven experience of delivering fit out, landscaping and passive fire works.

They are seeking a Passive Firecompliance manager to join the team, you may be a BM Trada approved Project Manager looking to move away from Site based work and look to pass on your expertise and ensure compliance within the BM Trada scheme.

You must have exeprience in one or more areas ofthe passive fire Industry including-Fire Doors, Fire Door remediation and Fire Stopping.

Passive Fire Compliance Manager Role

The compliance manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance in line with BM Trada guidelines. They will conduct site audits and ensure compliance. Maintain systems in preparation for audits. Support the team with ongoing training and development. Review and complete specification of products and sign off all orders.

Passive Fire Compliance Manager Requirements

  • Experience of Passive Fire works, Fire Door Installationand Fire Door remediation.
  • Experience of BM Trada Audits and requirements.
  • Construction Line - History of Rams, Health and Safety.
  • Excellent administration and organisation skills
  • Experience of Fire Doors and FIRAS/BMTRADA guidelines.
