Transport Fleet Administrator - Moulton - NorthamptonshirePertemps is currently recruiting for a Transport Fleet Administrator for our client based in Moulton.This role will provide vital support within the transport team to help handle all of the increased customer demand, including, inquiries, issues, payments, refunds, bookings, and more. The candidate will assist in the administration and coordination of the fleet of motor vehicles. Maintaining accurate and detailed records and insurance database. To support the booking of trips, obtaining quotes, and generating purchase orders.Salary: £21,666 - £22,272 (DOE)Hours: from 7 am - 5:30 pm (rota basis) 37 hours a weekDuties:- Assist in the administration and coordination of the fleet of motor vehicles.- Maintaining accurate and detailed fleet records both manually and computerized- Raising purchase orders relating to fleet- Reordering of fuel and parts- Annual driving licence checks completed for the approved drivers.- Ensure all Defects raised are completed, and signed off by the repairer- To support the booking of trips, obtaining coach quotes, generating purchase orders, and confirming bookings.Requirements:- A minimum of grade C in Maths and English- Experience working in the transport industry is an advantage- Experience of working heavily with spreadsheet systems- Excellent effective communication and interpersonal skillsIf you would be interested, in this role, then please apply or call Corinne at Pertemps.
