We are looking for a driven and ambitious Business Development Manager to join our team and grow our business. You will be good at building both client and candidate relationships along with being sales and target driven. We pride ourselves on the service we give to our customers and candidates and want someone with the same values.
The role:
- Sales and lead generation
- Negotiate terms of business and rates in line with approved margin
- Candidate attraction at the implementation of contracts
- On call rota including some weekends
- Working hours 08:00-17:00 Monday to Friday
The ideal candidate would come from a recruitment background with experience in Sales/Business Development. Experience in Catering/Driving is beneficial but not essential
