Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-managed Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our client base through strategic cold calling and relationship-building efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the 3PL logistics sector.
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce our services and secure new business.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development .
- Strong ability to self-manage and work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in cold calling and lead generation techniques.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic plans.
- Highly motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
