Parts Manager Responsibilities As a Parts Manager your responsibilities will include: Direct control of the operation of this busy parts department including Retail, Workshop and Trade. Responsible for the purchase, return and management of stock Carrying out accurate stock checks Delivering your departments budgetary objectives Monitor, manage and achieve manufacturer parts sales targets Have an excellent understanding of management accounts and associated KPI's. Develop and drive trade business Coach, mentor and motivate your team Strive to deliver the very best service to your internal and external customers.
