Finance Assistant - Purchase Ledger - NorthamptonPertemps is currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join our client based in Northampton.Salary: £24,123.00 - £29,000Hours: 8:30-5:30pm- To ensure that all supplier invoices, credit notes, journals and other relevant documentation is entered on to the finance system accurately, efficiently and in accordance with finance system accurately.- Provide monthly KPI reports.- Liaise with Budget Holders ensuring their invoices are coded accurately so to maintain workflow efficiencies.- Liaise with staff and debtors on financial queries and enquiries.- To produce payment schedules- To complete and maintain supplier statement reconciliations on a monthly basisRequirements:- AAT qualified or the equivalent- Knowledge of accounting procedures- Strong attention to detailIf you would be interested, please apply, or call Corinne at Pertemps.
