An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Community Teacher position in Northampton with an annual salary range of £30,000 to £40,000.
The role requires working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
Responsibilities include developing lesson plans, setting challenging tasks for students, and maintaining discipline in the classroom.
Applicants must have a teaching qualification (QTS/QTLS) or be willing to work towards one, along with a degree or equivalent and at least level 2 in Maths and English.

As the Community Teacher, you will be responsible for:

Developing schemes of work and lesson plans in line with curriculum objectives
Identifying clear teaching objectives
Setting tasks to challenge students
Maintaining discipline, encouraging good practice regarding punctuality, behaviour, and standards of work

The successful SEND Teacher, will have the following related skills / experience:

Teaching qualification (QTS/QTLS) - or willing to work towards
Specialist Teaching Qualification (desirable)
Degree or equivalent
Maths and English to at least level 2
Specialist teaching qualification in a chosen subject (desirable)
