Position: Maths Teacher
The school are looking for a passionate and dedicated Maths Teacher to join their dynamic Mathematics department starting in September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic educator who is committed to delivering engaging and inspiring lessons that promote a love of learning in Mathematics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality Maths lessons that engage and challenge students
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and stimulating learning environment
- Use innovative teaching methods and resources to enhance learning experiences
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and carers to support student achievement
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics
- Experience teaching Maths at Key Stages 3 and 4
- Knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment requirements
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A commitment to continuous professional development
