We are collaborating with a Secondary School in the Northampton area to recruit a new Art Teacher for February 2025. Successful candidates should possess strong subject knowledge and be capable of teaching up to KS5 level. Good behaviour management skills, adaptability, and the ability to prepare well-differentiated lessons are essential. This role is also suitable for ECTs who are looking to start their teaching careers.

We are looking for someone who:

* Has recent experience teaching Art or is an Early Career Teacher.

* Has excellent behaviour management skills.

* Has excellent knowledge of the KS3, KS4 and KS5 Curriculum.

* Can promote cultural development.

* Has great communication and lesson delivery skills.

* Can prepare and plan lessons in advance.
