Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, pre-prepared lessons across multiple subjects and key stages.
- Create a positive and stimulating learning environment for students.
- Adapt to a variety of classroom settings and learning needs with enthusiasm.
- Maintain effective classroom management to maximise learning time.
- Support students' educational development and encourage their curiosity.
- Work closely with staff to ensure smooth transitions in teaching.
- Provide feedback on student progress and classroom experiences to permanent staff.
What You’ll Need:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver lessons in one or more of the subjects listed above.
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in different school environments.
- A passion for teaching and a desire to make a difference in the lives of students.
- Effective classroom management skills to ensure a safe and productive learning space.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
- A positive attitude and a love for inspiring young minds!
