This role is ideal for someone who is committed to making a significant impact on the lives of children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. As a Teacher, you will be instrumental in helping students reintegrate into mainstream education, providing them with the support and guidance they need to thrive.Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of students with SEMH.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and support.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
  • Engage with parents and caregivers to support student development and well-being.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
