Job Role: Field Service Engineer (National & International Travel)
Location: Northampton, Nottinghamshire
Salary: £35,000-£45,000pa + Company Vehicle + Full Training
Hours: Monday-Friday day shift (40 hours per week)
Job Type: Full time, Permanent

The Client:

Interaction have partnered with a global, bespoke machinery manufacturer who operate across 5 continents servicing, installing and maintaining and array or fluid dispensary systems for an array of blue chip clients. Due to substantial growth, we are now looking for a skilled engineer to join the service team on a full time permanent basis in which full training & development will be provided.

The Responsibilities:

  • Travel to client sites both nationally and internationally to service, maintain and install an array of bespoke machinery within a manufacturing environment.
  • Participate in full product training & development to support in upskilling your skillset
  • Work to electrical diagrams and schematics through installing and repairing equipment
  • To offer a high level of customer service and presenting in a friendly manner whilst liaising with clients
  • Open to travelling both nationally & internationally with occasional weekend work away.

The Requirements:

  • Previous experience working within an industrial manufacturing environments carrying out maintenance, electrical &/or mechanical repairs, fault finding
  • Ability to read electrical drawings / schematics or have a drive to learn
    • Any experience working in the field or internationally would be advantageous
    • Electrical and/or Mechanical fault finding, repair & service experience
    • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in an electrical or mechanical field
    • Full UK Drivers License & Valid in date Passport
