Are you a Service Manager/ Department Manager or Engineering Manager who is looking for high status position whereby you will lead and champion an Engineering department, whilst driving business and employee growth, within a rapidly expanding drinks and beverages equipment company who are industry leaders within the UK?

On offer is the exciting opportunity become a key player in an industry-leading provider of beverage equipment, who operate across the whole of the UK, working with big name clients such as BrewDog and Fuller's brewery.
In this role you will be responsible for managing and running the companies Servicing/ Engineering department, planning company projects, ensuring the company has the right resources for great company performance, ensuring health and safety compliance, as well as liaising with external clients/ suppliers to ensure all round smooth company operations.
This role would suit a Service, Department or Engineering Manager looking for a high-stakes position whereby you will champion and lead the servicing department as well as its Engineers, with the added benefit of a company profit share scheme, flexible holidays, and other great company benefits.
The Role
- Managing the company's Service/ Engineering department
- Planning and executing company projects from start to finish
- Ensuring overall smooth and effective Service/ Engineering operations

- Service/ Engineering manager or similar
- Experience managing and leading a team of Engineers
- Commutable distance to Silverstone (Northampton)
