Service Manager required for a well-established HVAC engineering company based in the Northampton area, who due to continued success are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Service Manager to join their growing team.
Service Manager Job Overview
- Managing and support the internal service coordination of the team of field-based engineers
- Creating and managing service contracts
- Managing the calibration of equipment
- Supporting the service coordinator with resource and logistics planning
- Motivating and leading staff to seek out opportunities for service sales
- Creating and executing service strategies
Service Manager Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience within Service Management
- Mechanical background within a HVAC related industry
- Good communication and leadership qualities
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Based in a commutable distance of Northampton
Service Manager Salary & Benefits
- Salary 40,000 - 50,000 depending on experience
- Monday to Thursday 08:00 - 17:00, Friday 08:00 - 15:00. Permanent position.
- 31 days holiday, including bank holidays
- Company pension, healthcare and bonus following qualifying period
- Onsite parking
