Key Responsibilities:
- Operating sewing machines to produce high-quality products
- Meeting and exceeding daily/weekly production targets
- Willingness to train and mentor less experienced team members
- Continuously improving and upskilling in various sewing techniques
- Collaborating effectively with team members and contributing to a positive work environment
Ideal Candidate:
- 3+ years of experience working as a sewist/machinist in a similar role
- Eager to learn new skills and adapt to evolving production techniques
- Enthusiastic team player who gets along well with colleagues
- Detail-oriented and motivated to achieve high standards of craftsmanship
- Goal-driven and motivated by hitting production targets while maintaining quality
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 07:30 16:30
- Friday: Early finish at 12:30 PM
